| Tube Guides are designed for easy insertion of tubes required to pass through tube sheet and baffle plate holes. The use of Tube Guides prevents tube end damage during assembly. The Tube Guide fits easily into the tube end. They are made of light-weight and hardwearing aluminium tapered pilot with replaceable nylon brush. The special nylon brush not only holds the Guide firmly inside the tube but also cleans the inside of the tube prior to expanding. The Tube Guide is easily removed from the tube end by a slight twist while pulling forward. |
